ProfileFinder may also disclose personal data if required by law, court order, legal proceedings, public authority request or to protect its rights, safety, users or services. ProfileFinder does not sell users personal data.

Some service providers may be located outside the user country or outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, ProfileFinder takes reasonable steps to ensure transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ProfileFinder may use cookies and similar technologies to enable essential website functions, secure the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, analyze usage, improve services, and personalize content or marketing where permitted.

Users may manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner, where available, or through browser settings. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to public pages and produce aggregate audience statistics without cookies. Search, payment, account, results and admin pages are excluded; URL parameters are removed. GA4 and Clarity also measure visits unless you reject them in Cookie settings. Advertising and affiliate tags require your acceptance.

With your consent, ProfileFinder records navigation, selected actions, timing and error categories to improve the experience. Events use a random session (30 minutes inactivity, maximum 24 hours), device and source categories, and approved page identifiers. They contain no account identifiers, IP addresses, email, passwords, search content, images, keystrokes or replay. Product events are stored in our database, accessible to administrators, for up to 30 days, with automated cleanup. Use Cookie settings to withdraw consent and erase the current browser analytics session. Other expired sessions cannot be linked to your account and are removed by retention.
